When I first got into weightlifting, I was overwhelmed with the amount of new information to learn. I constantly had a plethora of tabs open on my phone in an attempt to keep up with the jargon. I designed this workspace as a hub where users can find all the information they need in one convenient location.

One of the most common New Year resolution is to get back into the gym. It is definitely hard at first, and you should be proud for choosing to make this commitment! Hopefully the information and templates in this workspace makes it easier to work toward your fitness goals.

Goal

Increase my squat by 5 pounds over the next month. OR Go to the gym 4 times this week.
